Hours and Holidays
Building entrance doors and elevators are open to tenants, visitors, and messengers according to the following schedule:
- Weekday Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
- Weekend Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Outside of these hours and on holidays, the building is secured. To enter after normal business hours, guests must use the Datawatch phone to gain access.
The building is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents' Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If you need building services on any of the above dates, please submit your request for after-hours HVAC (heating, ventilation or air-conditioning) or janitorial services via this link to the JBG SMITH Connect.
Please submit your request as soon as you know you need the services. You will be billed for these after-hour services per the terms of your lease.
